The STep Ahead Recognition System (STARS) for child care, early education and school age care programs is the Vermont Child Development Division's initiative designed to expand the ways that programs are recognized and rewarded for their accomplishments. The STARS program adds to the many efforts the CDD has established to improve the quality of care for Vermont's children. At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to review the program, learn about the incentive bonuses available, ask questions and discuss STARS. Applications will be available and time will be spent on answering specific questions about the application and what is sent in with it.
